If you are not satisfied with any product, you are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and/or any sales tools (such as a bottle) and a $3 return processing fee. Customers who wish to return any Yū products for a refund are required to return products to Yū at their own expense.

In addition, for orders outside the initial 30-day return, we offer returns for your last two orders that are unopened, undamaged and within at least six (6) months remaining before its expiration date for a product refund. Yū charges a 15% restocking & processing fee on any product that is returned outside the 30-day initial order window.
We offer various subscription plans with different products and pricing. Details for each plan are outlined on our website.
Subscriptions will be automatically charged to the payment method provided. Billing occurs monthly on the date selected for your auto-renewal. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. This ensures uninterrupted access to the products. Subscribers can manage their auto-renewal, frequency, product selection settings in their account dashboard.
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges. If you need assistance, contact support@beautifulyu.com at least three days before your subscription date. Any subscription not canceled before it processes will be subject to the return policy.
