I can tell a huge difference with taking the collagen. I was losing a lot of hair due to medication and since I have cut off meds and started taking collagen I can see all the new hair growth!! Also, my knees used to pop whenever I would walk and my kids joke that they don’t hear me coming down the hall anymore.
